Refund policy
Authorization and return window :
Mim Market must authorize all returns before receipt. You have three (3) business days from the date you received your purchased item to return it.
Please send us an email to hellomimmarket@gmail.com with your order number , a brief description of your issue. and the word RETURN in the subject line. You need to include pictures of the product, box, and the damaged areas. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) may be arranged by Mim Market Customer Services. To return your product, you should mail your product to unit 303, 24 gilbert drive, Charlottetown, PEI , C1C0W2. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Unauthorized returns may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, destroyed by Mim Market at Mim Market’s discretion, or subject to additional charges without credit being issued to the customer.
1-Return Procedure :
After obtaining an RMA, each return must include a cover letter with the following information:
Customer’s name, address, and account number, RMA number , Mim Market order number and lot number and expiration dates where applicable.
2-Return policy :
Defective products are returnable with prior authorization. Non-defective products may be returned, provided the customer has obtained prior authorization from Mim Market if such products are in salable condition and suitable for restocking. our item must be unopened and in the exact same condition that you received it. Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3-Non-Refundable items :
Several types of products are not eligible for return. These include but are not limited to perishable goods (i.e. flowers, refrigerated items, fruits, meet, baked goods, dairy, rice and sweets), books, electric items. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. gift cards, sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.
4-Damages during shipping :
The customer must notify Mim Market of any damages during shipping , within two (2) business days after receiving the package. You are eligible for refund or exchange with prepaid return label . All damages must be noted on the carrier’s freight bill or bill of lading and be countersigned by the customer. The damaged products must remain in the original box in the event inspection is required by the transportation company.
5- Wrong Item delivered :
Customers must notify Mim Market of any shipping errors or disputes two (2) business days after receiving the package. We will exchange it or provide full refund with prepaid return label.
6-Exchanges :
We do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the refund process and place a new order for the desired item.
7-Return shipping fees :
For items returned for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund and Shipping costs paid originally are nonrefundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8-Refund process (if applicable) :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
9-Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hellomimmarket@gmail.com

Mim Market reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet our return policy criteria.
